So what is this play exactly?
4/4/4 is part verbatim theatre, part sitcom, and part interactive exhibition. We hope this play serves not only an autopsy of racial capitalist manifestations in the real world, but a wild, virtuosic experiment which completely rips apart the White gaze (and, by extension, Whiteness).
Who is this show for?
The show is primarily for Asian Diaspora & Global Majority audiences aged 18-34 who are underrepresented and/or underserved in these theatrical spaces. It has a strong appeal for venues interested in adventurous new work that may make some audiences uncomfortable. It will also attract audiences who are interested in experimental work investigating the subversion of the White gaze. Due to mature content, the show is not suitable for anyone under 18.
